UPDATE: Uno R4 WiFi kit Preorder Status - 22 August 2024

Hi all,

This is an update for customers wondering where the preordered kits are at currently.

Our shipment of Uno R4 WiFi kits were cleared by Customs Friday morning - this experienced delays due to a heavy backlog of shipments to process at Botany Bay Port. 

Once the shipment was cleared by Customs on Friday morning, it was picked up by Top Logistics Australia (TLA).  We confirmed shipping details with TLA at 12:12pm on Friday, hoping for a dispatch of this shipment to happen at the beginning of this week. 

However, we are still awaiting Top Logistics Australia to dispatch our shipment of kits.  We are doing everything we can to expedite this process.
