MOSFET N-Channel 60VDC (FQP30N06L)

The FQP30N06L is a N-Channel MOSFET perfect for switching high power devices using the Arduino.

These are perfect for use with digital switching or PWM from the Arduino for controlling motors, lights, pumps, and other devices up to 60VDC.

We recommend using a 1kR between the Gate and Arduino pin to limit current draw from the Arduino pin.
